About the Presenter
Andrea Sodonis brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, business, and professional development. A Registered Massage Therapist for 18 years, Andrea owned and operated a successful multidisciplinary clinic in Aurora, Ontario, for nine years before selling the practice to a physiotherapist in 2022.
Drawing on her experience as both a clinician and business owner, Andrea joined Massage Addict as a Franchise Business Consultant, where she partnered with clinic owners across Canada to support business growth, operational excellence, and practitioner success. In 2025, she transitioned into the role of Associate Director of Professional Development, where she leads educational initiatives focused on supporting practitioners throughout their careers.
Andrea is passionate about education and believes that clinical excellence and business knowledge go hand in hand. She is committed to equipping healthcare professionals with the practical tools, confidence, and real-world insights they need to build rewarding, sustainable careers.
