This webinar will be an introduction into the essence of "Emotional Release Reflexology" and integrate some practical demonstration.

Workshop Content
In this webinar participants will examine the effects on the reflex zones, and show the significance of emotional trauma experienced in childhood on personality development.
In the second part, Helga will explain how we can use the reflex zones on the foot to become aware of physical reactions that, through the application of further techniques, lead us back to the trauma and enable us to process what could not be processed in the past.
A practical demonstration will illustrate the procedure.
Participants will also study reflex points on the ears that lead to deep relaxation, which will make it easier for reflexology therapists to embark on the journey into the past together with our client.
About the Presenter
As a certified pedagogue and naturopath, Helga Dittmann has completed various reflexology training courses, such as the "Flocco Method" of Integrated Foot Hand and Ear Reflexology. She gives reflexology- and therapeutic sessions in her own clinic since 1990. For 40 years she teaches Reflexology, “Metamorphic Methode” and “Emotional Release Reflexology” for professionals. Through further skills she gives courses in Family Constellation, Relaxation- and Stress-Management-Training. She was one of the founders of RiEN (Reflexology in Europe Nexus) and currently works on the board. Her book Emotional Release Reflexology is based on her experiences with the method.
