Frances Birdsell is an experienced reflexology therapist with over 30 years in holistic health. Her work began in the early 1990s, inspired by a passion for natural therapies including reflexology, aromatherapy, and Reiki.

She has practiced both in Canada and internationally, including several years in Central America where she provided reflexology sessions and trained community health promoters. These experiences shaped her compassionate, practical approach to care.

Based in Terrace, BC since 1997, Frances operates Viva Holistic Healing, offering reflexology therapy to support relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing. She has also worked with Indigenous communities to bring reflexology into local health settings.
